To cut through a crowded HR tech space, we took a breaking-news approach using news anchors, creating a campaign that felt urgent, disruptive, and impossible to ignore. The creative was anchored in a powerful tagline: “The Bayzat Effect” – an idea that captures the ripple effect the platform has on organizations, from productivity gains to cost savings.
We brought the idea to life through a mix of brand film, social content, and regional storytelling that showcased how Bayzat transforms businesses from the inside out.
