When Dubai’s Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) approached us, the brief was clear: create engaging, informative content for Dubai Way - a digital training platform for those interacting with tourists across the city. The objective was to ensure frontline workers and tourism professionals could speak confidently about Expo 2020, its significance, and its legacy.

To educate local and international audiences about Expo 2020 in a compelling, easy-to-understand way - ensuring that every visitor-facing individual became an informed ambassador for the event. 

We collaborated with both internal stakeholders and external production partners to develop episode structures, narrative outlines, and final scripts. The storytelling focused on human connection and civic pride, aligning with Expo’s theme: Connecting Minds, Creating the Future

The episodes covered key narratives:
