Mission: Human Flight
Defying gravity, powered by purpose.
A man takes flight - no cockpit, no plane, just jet-powered wings and the limitless ambition of human potential. Mission: Human Flight was born from a groundbreaking collaboration between Expo 2020 Dubai and Jetman Dubai, marking the first-ever autonomous human flight from the ground and back, entirely unsupported by aircraft.
We had the privilege of naming this audacious initiative - Mission: Human Flight - capturing the spirit of innovation and the deeper symbolism behind the feat: the idea that boundaries are meant to be broken. Alongside this, we supported the storytelling efforts that brought the mission to life, from brand positioning to narrative development and visual direction.
Our role included shaping early-stage concept content, helping stakeholders visualize how the mission and its message could be communicated with cinematic power. Through carefully curated mood shots and production references, we guided the creative approach, ensuring that the Jetman’s flight and its wing branding were captured in a way that felt bold, inspiring, and unmistakably Expo.
The mission also included training a young Emirati talent to become part of the Jetman team, adding a layer of national pride and forward-looking legacy to the project. With training taking place across Dubai, China and beyond, the story was not just about flight - it was about vision, mentorship and possibility.
This project is a reminder of what’s possible when storytelling and innovation take flight together. We were proud to help shape the narrative around a moment that was both historic and profoundly human.
